Actor Vicky Kaushal described his wife, Katrina Kaif, as a “chalta firta dotor” and a “scientist.” At a recent event, Vicky joked that Katrina Kaif has “too much knowledge” about how she maintains her health.
“First and foremost, my mental health and well-being are important to me,” Vicky said at an event. Everything else, I believe, comes after that. As a result, I rely on my family and closest friends for assistance. Everything else will fall into place once that is secured. So, in my opinion, mental health takes precedence. Following that, in terms of physical health, I make certain that I am eating well.
“You don’t know much,” Vicky added, “but my wife is like an itinerant doctor.” She is employed as a scientist. She possesses a wealth of knowledge, some of which is excessive. “Even so, she always makes sure I’m eating right, taking care of myself, getting enough sleep, and not just rushing around to work.”
