Jennifer Mistry Bansiwal reflects on the time of her younger brother’s passing. She shares that it was the souls of her brother, Monika Bhadoriya’s mother, and Ghanashyam Nayak (popularly known as Nattu Kaka) that empowered her to raise her voice against the misconduct of the makers of Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah. The former actress discloses, “Nattu Kaka has also faced a lot of harassment.”
For those unaware, Ghanashyam Nayak had been a part of Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah since its inception and was beloved by audiences. Following his tragic demise, Kiran Bhatt was brought in to portray the pivotal role.
Monika Bhadoriya had also revealed that Ghanashyam Nayak, aka Nattu Kaka, faced harassment on the sets of Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah. She disclosed instances of abuse by Sohail and exposed the mistreatment of artists, describing them as being treated like “dogs” on set. The former actress disclosed her struggle to receive her rightful payment for over a year. The makers have withheld payments for several former actors, subjecting them to torment. She mentioned that Raj Anadkat (who played Tapu) and Gurucharan Singh (who played Roshan Singh Sodhi) are still awaiting their payments.
Jennifer abruptly left Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah after being associated with the show for nearly 15 years.
