29th February,2024, Mumbai: According to Varsha Hegde, the winner of Kiss Ishq N Konnections, being a superstar is no little accomplishment.
Being a celebrity can leave one extremely exposed ,says Varsha Hegde
Being a celebrity can leave one extremely exposed. We want people to see us, acknowledge us, and speak about us, yet occasionally they speak in a completely different language. There are time zones differences, weather variations, and hormonal fluctuations that come with being human. These factors can lead you to gain or lose weight. These are just a few of the many things that can happen while we are filming. You’re already going through a lot mentally when you gain weight because you know you’re a star and you have to maintain a certain physique, and you’re fighting your own battle,” the speaker claims.
Its Difficult To Hide From Social Media
“It gets a little tough for you and a little harsh from the media side at that point, when the press or the media or people start talking about it,” she continues. I am aware that the media is trying to promote us as much as possible. By talking about us, they are making us famous, but they should also make sure that the topics they discuss have a significant, positive impact on people. And it’s all about gaining and losing weight, as well as mental and physical wellness. Everyone on the earth would have been extremely attractive and size zero if it had been in their hands. However, we must acknowledge that roles and circumstances vary during life, and the human body experiences several transformations. Even I gained 11 kg during the eight weeks of my previous performance since I wasn’t given diet food. In addition, my body underwent numerous changes, and I remember being so devastated and feeling so horrible when I was body shamed at one time.
It’s normal for people to change in appearance as they age
She claims that it’s normal for people to change in appearance as they age. “A lady cannot live her entire life acting like a teenager. It’s not feasible to stay back and return to her own body after having two gorgeous children. Is she content with her figure, or is being in that shape her top priority? She’s also someone the media should look up to because she doesn’t whine about her weight problems. She isn’t seen sprinting around the fitness centre. She’s quite content with the figure she has. So please, let her be content. Why are we discussing her appearance or how she should wear something? Or how she appeared in the past? She is no longer employed in the film industry. She is content in her own universe. I’m wishing her the best and commending her for responding to these haters.
