6th April, 2024, Mumbai: Actor Aadesh Chaudhary, who has acted in television series including Maitree, Laagi Tujhse Lagan, and Sasural Simar Ka, takes a minute to discuss the significance of giving our health and wellbeing top priority on April 7, which is World Health Day.
Aadesh stressed the need to lead a healthy lifestyle.
Drawing from his own experiences, Aadesh stressed the need to lead a healthy lifestyle, particularly in light of the persistent global health issues. He emphasised that maintaining general wellbeing requires eating a healthy diet and doing regular exercise.
“Health is our most valuable asset, and it’s crucial that we take proactive steps to nurture it,” said Aadesh. “Incorporating plenty of green vegetables, pulses, and fruits into our diets can have a profound impact on our health.”
The actor also emphasised the role mental health plays in the equation of complete wellness. “Mental health is just as vital as physical health; it cannot be overlooked. Spending time practicing self-care techniques like mindfulness or meditation can lower stress and enhance the general quality of life,” he continued.
