Not just because of the consistent income but also due of the knowledge you gain throughout this period. Your compassionate connections and the relationships you establish with your audience are priceless.
Seerat Kapoor shares how an actor should maintain himself?
She acknowledges that an actor’s health can occasionally suffer from working nonstop, but she also thinks that maintaining a happy outlook, eating a balanced diet, and getting enough sleep can help. Our health is strained by the daily grind of soap operas, particularly when we don’t have time to work out every day. In addition, we need to eat healthfully, drink lots of water, and get enough sleep in light of the changing weather. To keep my body in rhythm, I try to walk on the sets in between takes, Seerat remarked. But how about nighttime photography? “We are fortunate that there haven’t been many night shoots for this programme yet; because I’m not a night owl, it would be even more challenging for me. I want to go to bed on time, even in my personal life,” she remarked.
Seerat Kapoor talks about how shooting for daily soaps can be challenging
Seerat also mentioned that filming a daily soap opera requires a full-time schedule and can be challenging at times, but she is grateful to have some incredible co-stars who make it all worthwhile. “Working 12 hours a day is quite demanding for daily soap operas, but when you love what you do, you find it thrilling and stimulating.” We work at the shoot for more than half of the day, so having family-like coworkers who make everything simpler is a blessing, the woman said.
