The film’s April 11 release conflicted with Ajay Devgn’s “Maidaan.” Film industry tracker Sacnilk reports that on its fifth day, “Bade Miyan Chote Miyan” made ₹2.5 crore net, a 72.38 percent decrease in revenue.
The movie, which was released on the eve of Eid 2024, made ₹15.65 crore net on its first day of release, but the public’s reaction was lackluster. On Saturday, Day 3, the movie brought in ₹8.5 crore net, and on Day 4, it soared to ₹9.05 crore net. So, in its opening weekend, the movie brought in ₹17.55 crore net.
Worldwide collection
The global gross of Ali Abbas Zafar’s directing picture was ₹75 crore, of which ₹26.5 crore came from overseas sales. Taking into account the domestic box office figures, the movie brought around ₹48.5 crore.
Pooja Entertainment and AAZ Films shared the extended weekend figures on Instagram, stating that the movie brought in ₹96.18 crore globally.
Pretty poor performance
The action-packed movie had a 9.92 percent overall Hindi occupancy on Monday, April 15.
Vashu Bhagnani, Jackky Bhagnani, Deepshikha Deshmukh, Himanshu Kishan Mehra, and Zafar produced the movie, which was released in Telugu, Tamil, Malayalam, and Kannada.
In addition to Akshay Kumar and Tiger Shroff, the film’s leading cast includes Prithviraj Sukumaran, Manushi Chhillar, Alaya Furniturewala, Sonakshi Sinha, and Ronit Roy. Several sites in India and beyond, such as Mumbai, London, Abu Dhabi, Scotland, and Jordan, were used to film the movie’s sequences.
In a social media post on X (formerly Twitter), film trade expert Sumit Kadel mentioned early estimations of “Bade Miyan Chote Miyan” and Maidan, whose releases conflicted with the former.
