26th March,2024, Mumbai: The well-known Bollywood pair Kriti Kharbanda and Pulkit Samrat began dating in 2019 and were finally married on March 15, which delighted their followers. When they initially posted photos from their wedding, their admirers showered them with love and blessings. They’ve just posted photos from their pre-wedding events, such the Haldi ceremony, and their fans’ hearts are melting.
Their use of multani mitti (Fuller Earth) on their faces to give their skin a bright shine in place of the conventional haldi paste made their haldi ritual extremely unique. Every event that Kriti and Pulkit attend has left fashion reviewers in awe of their ensembles. They also can’t reasonably fall behind in style for their wedding.
The unique and adorable haldi costume of Krit Kharbanda
We’re in love with Kriti and Pulkit all over again because they’ve revealed snippets from their dream wedding. Pulkit and Kriti, both stunning in traditional attire, can be seen seated together in the photos they have shared from their haldi ceremony. We were totally captivated by Kriti’s attire. Designer Riddhi Mehra’s contemporary sharara was chosen by Kriti. Short choli with scalloped edges adorned Kriti’s sharara ensemble.
A touch of elegance was added to her attire with the tone-on-tone flowery sequin embroidery throughout the top. Her choli’s sleeves featured organza trails that cascaded from both sides, giving her sharara a delightful twist and a distinctive touch. Her choli, with its embroidery that blended in perfectly with the choli’s design, was worn with matching sharara trousers.
Upcoming new brides could take inspiration from Kriti’s jewellery
A bride’s jewellery should be distinctive if her gown is, and Kriti exhibited this trait as well. She wore a mang tikka (forehead decoration), matching chandbalis (moon-shaped earrings), and Hath Phool with tiny pearls on her hands. Pearl strands were braided into her hair to finish the ensemble. A little, tiny pocketbook she carried contributed to her charm and the sophistication of her ensemble.
Kriti took care to limit the amount of makeup she used. She gave her eyelids a bronzed touch to add a hint of glitter and generously applied mascara and eyeliner. Her makeup and outfit looked great together with her shiny, nude lips. Even with her flawless makeup, her beautiful bridal glow was still visible.
The smart and dashing groom, Pulkit Samrat
Pulkit, Kriti’s delighted husband, wore a yellow kurta by Anamika Khanna with a distinctive design. The kurta’s multicoloured flower design on one side gave the outfit some colour. The length of the kurta was longer at the back than it was in front. He finished off his fashionable look by wearing the kurta with white flared trousers.
