If we believe a source connected with the film, the story of the second part will also be woven around black magic. However, this time the story will not be about targeting the family again. Its story will be set in Kokum, Maharashtra. Kokum is also called the black magic center of Maharashtra.
The producer will repeat the main star cast of the first part in its second part. The supporting cast will be finalized and the film will be brought to the floors.
Remake of Gujarati film ‘Vash’
‘Shaitan’ is a remake of Gujarati film ‘Vash’ released in February 2023. Ajay decided to remake the film in June 2023. He was initially attached to the film as a producer but later decided to act in it as well.
Shaitaan’ earned 1.67 crores on the 20th day
Talking about the box office collection, the film did a business of 1 crore 67 lakh rupees on the 20th day on Wednesday. Now the total Indian collection of this film has reached Rs 135.84 crore. And worldwide it will soon reach Rs. 200 crore.
Apart from this film, Siddharth Malhotra’s ‘Yodha’, which is running in its second week, earned just Rs 63 lakh on Wednesday. The film has done a business of Rs 7 crore 6 lakh so far in its second week. Its total box office collection has been 32 crore 43 lakh rupees.
On the other hand, Randeep Hooda starrer ‘Swatantrya Veer Savarkar’ has recorded the lowest ever collection on Wednesday. The film did a business of only Rs 1 crore on the sixth day of its release across the country. Now the total Indian box office collection of this film has reached 10 crore 32 lakh rupees.
Kunal Khemu’s film ‘Madgaon Express’ did a business of 1 crore 21 lakh rupees on the sixth day i.e. Tuesday. Its collection has reached 12 crore 55 lakh rupees in 6 days.
