Shahnawaz Pradhan, well known for his roles in the television series Mirzapur and the film Raees, passed away after suffering a heart attack, according to actor Yashpal Sharma. He had just turned 50.
While in an awards ceremony here on Friday night, Pradhan complained of excruciating chest discomfort, passed out, and had a heart attack. He was sent to Kokilaben Dhirubhai Ambani Hospital right away, but the medical staff was unable to revive him.
Numerous actors left condolence comments on Tailang’s page, including Anup Soni and Rohitash Gour.
Pradhan has acted in supporting roles in movies like M.S. The web series The Family Man and Hostages, the TV programmes Krishna and 24, as well as the films Dhoni: The Untold Story, Khuda Haafiz, Raees, and Phantom.
On their official Twitter account, Cine and TV Artistes’ Association (CINTAA) body posted condolences for Pradhan’s passing and noted that the final rites would take place on Saturday at 12.30 p.m. in Mazgaon.
