The film, which was released on October 27, faced a clash with Kangana Ranaut’s ‘Tejas’. Vikrant Massey takes on the lead role in ’12th Fail’, and the movie is directed by Vidhu Vinod Chopra.

’12th Fail’ is emerging as a box office winner in comparison to ‘Tejas,’ which also released on the same day. The film is an adaptation of Anurag Pathak’s bestselling novel of the same name. Early trade reports indicate that by October 31, ’12th Fail’ had amassed around Rs 9.99 crore.
