History
Jaggi had his spiritual awakening at the age of 25, and he decided to share it with the whole world. With this idea, the Isha Foundation was established. In its early days, the company focused on offering yoga and meditation programmes in local areas of Tamil Nadu. It helped people improve their personalities and selves.
