Happiest Mind is an IT industry founded in 2011 by Ashok Soota its headquarters are in Bengaluru Karnataka.
Canaan Partners, an early-stage startup capital firm, provided money for Happiest Minds’ first round in 2014. Additional fundraising rounds from different investors, including Ashok Soota himself and Intel Capital, came after this.
2019 saw the initial public offering (IPO) of Happiest Minds on Indian stock exchanges. The IPO was one of the most well-received offerings in the Indian IT services sector thanks to a more than 150-fold oversubscription rate.
