5th March,2024, Mumbai: Sara Khan, an actress, claims that the pandemic has increased public awareness of mental health issues. More people are now focusing on their mental health. Since the Covid pandemic, more individuals are aware of what mental illness is. Nobody bothered to pay attention to their mental health because of their busy schedules. In my opinion, people have begun to value mental health more as mental health disorders have become more widely recognised. Therefore, she thinks, it’s great that everyone is raising awareness.
Mental Illness In Teens Is More Complicated
“I think teens have more complications,” she continues. The pressure to continually do well and appear nice can be traumatising, but if they know how to be aware of it, they will be able to handle it. Everyone else interprets your display of vulnerability based on their own understanding. You won’t be able to influence it because people will say whatever they want to say. Anything can go badly or be interpreted positively in today’s environment, and there are differing perspectives on every argument.
Sara Khan On Her Own Mental Health
When you ask her how she looks after her mental health, she responds, “I just don’t care about anyone other than my parents, my closest friends, and myself.” My purpose is not to win over people. My goal in life is to maintain my family’s happiness and to live for myself.
