Get Natural Daylight After Waking Up
After waking up, make sure you don’t use your mobile phone blue light. Throw your phone and walk away outside to open your eyes in the natural, morning light. Getting exposure to the sunlight in the morning helps reset your body’s inner sleep clock. When you get bright light in the morning you feel energetic and your day goes well. Also, sunlight increases the production of serotonin in our body, which is needed to produce melatonin at night. This helps you to feel sleepy in the evening and you can feel asleep timely at night.
Meditation
According to Doctor,Meditation helps to reduce Anxiety, Depression, Stress as well as it improves memory, emotional awareness, focus and overall happiness. Keep in mind that meditation is a part of your morning routine even if you can do just 20 minutes every day in the morning.
Move Your Body
Working out is a key to a healthy life. You can mix up cardio, strength training, yoga to create a wholesome workout routine. Ideas of cardio include walking or cycling. For strength training you can do body weighted exercise or equipment or machines based on your availability. Yoga always comes with endless health benefits. Eat Low Breakfast
This means the breakfast is high in protein and low in starch. According to the doctor, this will help in stabilizing your blood sugar for the rest of the day. This includes whole grains such as rolled or steel cut oats, apples, oranges, berries, peaches, pears and plums. Milk and yogurt are also eaten in the morning. Legumes you can eat include beans, chickpea, lentils and also peanuts.
