29th February,2024, Mumbai: Renowned actor Sunny Hinduja is gearing up for his Malayalam film debut, marking the start of an exciting new chapter in his career. Sunny Hinduja’s entry into Malayalam cinema joins a growing trend of Bollywood stars branching out into South Indian cinema in multiple languages.
‘Sandeep Bhaiya’ will be seen in the south film Hello Mummy
Sandeep Bhaiya, The Railway Men, and Aspirants are among Sunny Hinduja’s most well-known web series roles. His entry into Malayalam cinema is a major turning point in his career. Even though the project’s specifics are yet unknown, Sunny is giddy with anticipation as he gets ready to start filming in Kochi during the first week of March.
Sunny wants to explore different cinema genres
Speaking about his opinions on language limitations and his debut in South Indian cinema, Sunny Hinduja says, “I want to explore different cinema genres and expand my reach to regional languages throughout India. In the long run, I would like to go into foreign film, but I think I should start in India. It’s interesting, but I was moved to tears when the director of my first Malayalam movie came out to me with sincere compassion. I don’t choose initiatives by myself; instead, I make decisions based on the affection and support of others. I was excited to take on this project since I knew how rich and content-driven Malayalam cinema is. I greatly love the insightful speech that Malayalam films frequently feature. I was overjoyed to be asked to participate in the fantasy comedy “Hello Mummy.” I see language barriers as overcomeable obstacles, especially since I don’t have a lot of Malayalam dialogue in the movie. The main factor in my acceptance was the compelling script. I am excited to work with co-stars Aishwarya Lekshmi and Sharaf U Dheen because I have heard nothing but positive things about them. “Hello Mummy” is directed by Vaishakh Elans and written by Sanjo Joseph.
Bollywood performers are travelling across national boundaries to show off their skills in South Indian cinema, and Sunny Hinduja’s Malayalam debut highlights how the business is changing and how regional and national film industries are becoming more integrated.
