1st June 2023, Mumbai: Sheeba Akashdeep, a popular Bollywood actor from the 90s, has garnered immense love from her fans for her Trishul tattoo. Interestingly, she reveals that she was initially hesitant about getting inked until a significant dream changed her perspective. She shares her story behind the tattoo.
The Trishul tattoo is located on Sheeba’s upper back, near her shoulder. She mentions that everyone has praised the design, and she got it done at Circle Tattoo in Dadar, which is owned by celebrity couple Abigail Pande and Sanam Johar. She confesses that she had been reluctant to get a tattoo for a long time because she wasn’t certain about having something permanently etched on her body that she might regret later. However, her perception shifted after a dream experience.
Sheeba explains, “I had a vision while I was sleeping that I wanted to have a Trishul somewhere on my body.” This vision inspired her, and she took some time to consider where she wanted the tattoo. Eventually, she decided to place it on her upper back as a form of blessing or “Ashirwad.”Before taking the leap, Sheeba admits feeling scared, particularly because of her fear of needles. To boost her confidence, she brought along her friends Abby, Sonya (her best friend), and Sonali to accompany her during the tattooing process. Surprisingly, all of them ended up getting tattoos as well. Sonya got a matching tattoo on her upper back, while Sonali chose to have “Sood” written on her body. Sheeba expresses her gratitude for their support and assistance throughout the entire process.
Sheeba shares that she feels a spiritual connection to Lord Mahadev, and for her first tattoo, she wanted a symbol of devotion. As of now, she hasn’t thought about getting a second tattoo, acknowledging that some people say it can become addictive.
