The Balaji Telefilms and Theatre Days
Upon arriving in Mumbai, Sharrad embarked on his journey by enrolling in an acting course. He honed his skills and gained experience by participating in 22 Balaji Telefilms, setting the stage for his acting career. However, his path was not without hurdles. Entry into Bhojpuri Cinema: “Dil Mil Gaye” and Beyond
In 2019, Sharrad achieved a significant milestone by landing his first feature-length movie role in “Dil Mil Gaye,” a Bhojpuri film. Although the film’s release was delayed due to personal reasons, his performance as a second lead actor marked his entry into the Bhojpuri film industry. Sharrad’s dedication extended to the digital realm, where he took on lead roles in two web series, including “Short and Crush.”
From Digital Ads to Feature-Length Films
Sharrad’s versatility shone through as he ventured into digital advertising, participating in various campaigns for brands like Fino, Adalwise, Tokyo Life Insurance, Jivraj, and Jaiswal Packers and Movers. He even contributed to the visual identity of King Masale through his poster photography work. Notably, 2022 saw the release of “1 plus 2,” a Hindi film directed by Raju Bonagani, which marked his debut as a lead actor in a Hindi feature-length film.
