Desi Melodies proudly unveils the sixth song from the album “Zohrajabeen”. It is named as “Aate Rehte Hain” , it stars Kangna Sharma and Rohit Khandelwal. The song is sung by B praak and penned by Jaani. The songs effectively captures the essence of longing and heartbreak. The song is directed by Ammaninder Singh. Music is arranged by Mir Desai and Hunny Bunny. They have done very good job with getting the right rhythm and tempo for the song. Director is able to tell the story in very effective manner. The music video is available on YouTube on Play DMF channel. The audio version is streaming on all the music platforms.
Story of the Music Video
The music video starts with Kangna coming to the wedding of Rohit, he is getting married with another woman. We get to see the flashback scene where Rohit promised Kangna that they will marry each other, but on the day before their wedding Rohit cancels the wedding and replies Kangna that “Tere jaise log aate rehte hain”. This results in Kangna getting frustrated with Rohit as she gate crashes his wedding now she starts singing and dancing. While Rohit is in shock to see her like this. Than we can see transitions of their love story. After Rohit rejects Kangna, her parents also disowns her which results Kangna getting alone. Than again we can see visuals of the present time where she is singing and dancing her heart out. Than in the climax Kangna shows her romantic pictures with Rohit to his fiancée. She breaks the wedding with Rohit, now Rohit gets the taste of his own medicine. In the end we can see people of mental asylum comes and takes Kangna back to mental asylum. The song ends with Jaani saying these lines “Aare usne humko choda, yeh baat kehke ki tere jaise log aate rehte hain”.
Review
The lyrics is very well written as we know Jaani is known for this. B Praak is also a legend in the making. The duo of Jaani – B Praak are the duo known for heartbreak songs. This is the first album of B Praak named “Zohrajabeen” , it includes total of 9 songs. Total of 6 songs have been out as music videos. While rest of the song’s audio version has been out. The song captures the essence of heartbreak very well. The melody goes well with the tune of the song. The production value is also quite commendable as we could see the locations are very lavishing in the music video. We can definitely say that people will listen this song on loop. B Praak has sang the song very well, his voice was going in sync with the video.
