7th March,2024, Mumbai: Actor Pavail Gulati talks candidly about the unique friendship he developed through sports with Saiyami Kher and Taapsee Pannu, who were formerly coworkers. After working together on films such as “Thappad” and “Dobaaraa,” Pavail’s relationship with the gifted actress has grown with time, characterised by respect and common interests.
Pavail And Taapsee Bonded Over Their Love Of Squash
Pavail and Taapsee bonded over their love of squash while filming their projects, and Taapsee’s skill at the game added an even more personal element to their friendship. Their squash matches not only enhanced their chemistry on television but also cemented their special connection off set.
Similar to this, Pavail and Saiyami Kher’s on-screen collaboration in Ashwiny Iyer Tiwari’s online series “Faadu” led to the discovery of yet another hobby in common: badminton. Even after the project ended, Pavail, Taapsee, and Saiyami continued to foster their unique friendship by playing friendly badminton and squash matches, despite Pavail’s preference for different sports during filming. These women taught Pavail a lot about these sports.

We have been able to connect and relax over sports despite our busy schedules. Whether it’s playing badminton with Saiyami or squash with Taapsee, these quality time together has improved and deepened our connection. These two ladies are amazing both on and off screen, and they have a wide range of interests, particularly in sports. They educated me about the games they enjoy and participate in throughout our time together. I played basketball in school as well. Saiyami is excellent in badminton, and Taapsee excels at squash. Thus, it has been enjoyable to pick their brains.
