7th April,2024, Mumbai: Senior Vice President at Atrangii Group Nivedita Basu asserts that taking a break from work and unwinding is crucial to reviving oneself. She does add, though, that it is easier said than done.
A Break Of Two To Three Days Is Mandatory, says Nivedita Basu
Everybody is so insecure. It exists not just in our industry but in all industries. We believe it is not appropriate to take extended breaks unless you are performing at the highest level possible. You must give yourself time to become comfortable in your line of work, the expert advises. She continues, “But, I totally agree that a break of two to three days is mandatory. I have started taking it every month or forty-five days, and it helps me in many ways that I can’t even explain.”
It is important to take break from Mumbai says Miss Basu
According to her, it is also challenging for us to fully disconnect from our work during a break. We have to travel in a method that allows us to take breaks since Mumbai has the necessary infrastructure, atmosphere, and workload. However, as soon as you leave Mumbai, your mind slows down by 50% from what it was previously,” she claims.
She continues, “I feel that my work should suffer because of me, so I can’t be without my phone during our breaks. Everyone has the uneasy feeling that nothing bad should occur.
