Behind the story of origin of Galti,” the W.i.S.H
Regarding the origin of “Galti,” the W.i.S.H. girls revealed, “We live in a world where we are always told to fit into boxes and obey the rules. Our protest against that is called “Galti.” It’s about accepting our imperfections and appreciating our errors. This song is an exuberant celebration of spontaneity, freedom, and friendship. “We want ‘Galti’ to be a symbol of lighthearted disobedience that encourages people to dance carelessly and revel in the moment.” Curated by acclaimed composer and producer Mikey McCleary in collaboration with Sony Music India, W.i.S.H. is the first women group to emerge from India in 22 years. Galti emphasises that accepting who you are and living life on your terms are the keys to finding true happiness.
More Details About The Song
Mikey McCleary offered his opinions on the girl group’s second single, saying, “Galti is a fun party song that embraces the fact that we all make a few mistakes.” Another recent addition to Bay Music House, MxRZI, contributes a rap to it. This catchy pop song is something my team and I are particularly pleased of, and we hope it encourages people to dance instead of worrying too much about a few Galti.
