She plans to join “absolute strangers” at a yoga camp in Delhi, emphasizing the importance of driving conversations towards embracing this ancient practice. Sait believes that such initiatives can help shatter the preconceived notion that yoga is boring.The camp is organized by Sarvesh Shashi, a close friend and guru who has been a source of motivation and kindness to Sait on her personal yoga journey.
Sait expresses her delight at spending her early mornings with friends and strangers, creating a vibrant and enjoyable environment for practicing yoga.The 39-year-old actor emphasizes that one does not have to be perfect or look graceful while doing yoga. She admires the videos of fellow actor Alaya F, who effortlessly embodies grace in her practice, while Sait admits to occasionally struggling with her poses. Nevertheless, she remains optimistic about her progress, aspiring to achieve grace and fluidity in her yoga practice someday.
Sait’s own journey with yoga began during the peak of the pandemic when she returned from shooting her international web series, Foundation. Feeling the need to establish a new routine for herself, she turned to yoga. As she observed positive changes in her body and experienced a newfound sense of tranquility, Sait’s faith in the practice grew stronger. Even when she injured her hand and had to wear a cast, she persisted with her yoga practice, witnessing the strength of her lower body and the peace of mind it brought her. Sait now proudly considers herself a two-and-a-half-year-old “yoga baby.”

She has encountered numerous individuals who find yoga boring, often due to its non-competitive nature.
