Ankit Siwach, known for his role in “Rishton Ka Chakravyuh,” sports a famous Shiva tattoo that has an intriguing backstory. He decided to get inked during the Covid-19 pandemic, and he has his reasons for doing so. While his fans adore the tattoo, Ankit reveals more about the journey of getting it.
The Shiva tattoo is located on the left side of Ankit’s arm, towards the shoulder. It showcases depictions of time, gravity, infinity, and things to believe in. Ankit explains that he is a devoted follower of Lord Shiva and admires how Shiva controls the universe, taking care of everything. To him, Lord Shiva is everything.
Ankit shares what inspired him to get the tattoo, mentioning that he got it during the Covid-19 pandemic. He personally experienced a difficult time recovering from the virus. Once he overcame it, he immediately went to his friend Chirag Jhala, the owner of ‘Inks and Needles’ tattoo studio and the artist behind the tattoo. They dedicated 16 hours in one go to complete it. Normally, tattoos like this would require 2 to 3 sessions, but due to the challenging market conditions caused by the pandemic, they decided to complete it in one extended sitting.
Being a staunch believer in Lord Shiva, Ankit had always wanted to have a Shiva tattoo on his arm since childhood. Although he doesn’t recall the exact origin of the idea, he felt it was the right time to pursue it during the Covid-19 pandemic when there was no work and he could take some rest for 10 or 15 days. Ankit finally got the tattoo he had long desired.Ankit acknowledges that tattoo culture is here to stay.
He appreciates the beauty of the Shiva tattoo on his shoulder and credits the artist for its quality. He believes that the precision, choice of colors, and high-quality ink used by the artist contribute to the admiration the tattoo receives. Everyone who sees the tattoo is in awe of its artistic workmanship, and Ankit attributes this to the skill of the artist.
When asked if he has any other tattoos on his wish list, Ankit reveals that he currently doesn’t have any specific plans. However, he does mention the possibility of extending the existing Shiva tattoo towards his upper back, around his trap muscles, but not in the immediate future.
