23rd March, Mumbai: Abdu Rozik’s team has released an official statement addressing the ongoing dispute between the singer and Bigg Boss 16 winner, MC Stan. The statement, released during Ramadan, aims to clarify the situation and address the backlash and hate that Rozik has been receiving without the public knowing the full scenario.
The ongoing feud between Abdu Rozik and MC Stan is intensifying as time goes by. On Wednesday, Abdu Rozik shared a screenshot of a tweet from a fan who accused MC Stan’s supporters of directing racist insults towards the Tajikistani singer on social media. This led to Abdu Rozik being trolled by fans of the Bigg Boss 16 winner, after he claimed during an Instagram Live session that MC Stan had been dodging his calls and spreading falsehoods about him requesting the rapper to promote his song ‘Pyar’ on Instagram.
Abdu’s team has released a statement on social media, detailing what took place between the singer and MC Stan’s team. According to the statement, Abdu made several attempts to contact Stan but the rapper has yet to respond or provide a reason for not getting back to him.
In addition, the team stated that on March 11th, both Abdu and MC Stan were present in Bangalore. Abdu had a conversation with Stan’s manager, expressing his desire to attend the event and support his brother, but not perform. However, Abdu was informed by the security team and organisers that Stan did not want him at the venue. Believing it to be a mistake on Stan’s team’s part, Abdu attempted to enter the venue as a regular ticket-holder, only to be verbally abused by Stan’s management and denied entry through the normal entrance. Furthermore, Abdu’s car was damaged and its panels were broken.
According to the team’s statement, there was another incident where two record labels expressed interest in a collaboration between Abdu and MC Stan. However, they were informed by Stan and his team that they did not want to work with Abdu. This news was disheartening for Abdu as he considered Stan to be a friend, and felt that it would have been more respectful to discuss such matters privately before making them public.
The statement from Abdu’s team also mentioned that members of their group had informed Abdu that MC Stan was offended by Abdu not taking a picture with Stan’s mother at the Bigg Boss finale. However, Abdu was taken aback by this news as he had called Stan’s mother to convey his regards and inform her that Stan was doing well soon after he left the show.
Additionally, Stan had apparently told other members of the group that Abdu had unfollowed him and deleted their collaboration post, but this was never a point of discussion between them. Abdu had already amassed 4 million international followers before he entered Bigg Boss, and since Stan did not follow anyone, it was never an issue between them.
