Shaitaan Box Office Collection
Shaitaan, the most recent film starring Ajay Devgn, Jyotika, and R. Madhavan, saw a spike in box office receipts on its second day, exceeding its earnings from the day of release. Shaitaan earned Rs 19.18 crore in India on Saturday, bringing its total domestic earnings to Rs 34.39 crore. On Saturday, Shaitaan had an overall occupancy rate of 33.65% in Hindi theaters. In the National Capital Region (NCR), the movie had the most screenings (1,232 shows) and the greatest occupancy percentage (34%). Maharashtra trailed closely behind with 1,115 performances and a 42% occupancy rate.
It will end with good numbers on Sunday
On Friday, the movie made its box office debut and made Rs 15.21 crore. Its strong showing on Saturday suggested a successful weekend, and high hopes are held for Sunday’s box office results. The movie is expected to get a good jump today. Masses are going in large numbers. The youth were craving this genre, and they have finally got a good psychological thriller. Shaitaan, a Hindi film directed by Vikas Bahl, is an adaptation of the 2023 Gujarati horror film Vash, which was initially penned and helmed by Krishnadev Yagnik. The paranormal thriller explores the world of black magic.
Competition from “Yodha”
It is expected that Shaitaan will continue to rule the box office until March 15, when Yodha, starring Sidharth Malhotra and Disha Patani, will give it fierce competition. Prior to Tabu, Ajay Devgn’s film Bholaa made Rs 11 crore on its first day of business and eventually grossed Rs 90 crore. Prior to Bholaa, Ajay’s Drishyam 2 was a huge box office hit. Shaitaan, meanwhile, opened with similar figures. Let’s see if the movie’s ultimate collection will be better than Drishyam 2.
