Since disclosing that she has the autoimmune condition known as Myositis, Telugu star Samantha Ruth Prabhu has not been particularly active. Due to her health, the actress didn’t even promote her most recent film, Yashoda.
According to recent rumours, Samantha intends to take a significant hiatus from performing until she is fully recovered. According to Telugu 360, Samantha had reportedly signed on to star in a few Bollywood movies following the huge success of her Hindi web series The Family Season 2. However, the actress has since told the producers of these films that she will need a significant break. According to the portal, the creators are currently looking at alternative solutions.
Samantha is eager to finish filming Kushi, which stars Vijay Deverakonda, and then she intends to take some time off from acting. The creators of other projects that she is considering and those with which she has been in discussions over the previous few months have reportedly been notified of this by her team.
The lead actors in the love drama Kushi are Samantha Ruth Prabhu and Vijay Deverakonda. Shiva Nirvana is the director of the movie, which was formerly known as VD 11. The movie was originally scheduled to come out in December 2022, but Vijay told us in an interview that the date has been moved up to 2019.
Vijay Deverakonda said in an interview, “We have done close to 60 percent of the shoot. We were originally hoping to get it out by December but now it’s been pushed to next year due to a bunch of reasons. We are eyeing February 2023 release as of now.”
