During a recent interview with Zoom Entertainment, Rajveer shared insights into his upbringing away from the film industry and disclosed the impact of rumors surrounding his father, superstar Sunny Deol.

During his conversation with Zoom Entertainment, Rajveer Deol discussed the challenge of managing rumors about his father’s personal life. He admitted it was tough but emphasized that he refrained from passing judgments based solely on what he read, “As a kid, you take it very seriously and get affected. That’s when you need to have more communication with your family members to make you realize that, that’s not reality, this is reality.,”
“I would ask my mom certain questions and she would tell me,” further added the young actor. “Rajveer Deol also emphasized the need for empathy, stating that individuals, particularly actors, must try to understand others’ perspectives and experiences.
The Blessing of a Grounded Childhood: Rajveer Deol’s Gratitude Towards Mother Pooja Deol
The young actor also disclosed that his mother, Pooja Deol, ensured he experienced a modest upbringing away from the film industry during his childhood. Rajveer Deol humorously remarked, “If fame was the Sun, my mother is like Pluto”, and revealed she doesn’t ‘give s**t about Bollywood’.
Rajveer Deol expressed his gratitude towards his mother, acknowledging her role in nurturing his authenticity and honesty, considering it the most significant blessing in his life.
“Because in this fame line, there are a lot of fake people. And I have someone who is such a genuine person in my life, so I thank her a lot,” said Rajveer Deol. “I am very close to my mom. I was closer to my mom than to my dad. Dad was very strict. I think he was just scared so much, he was so protective, so he would keep deadlines,” he stated.
