Details of Priyanka Chopra, Katrina Kaif and Alia Bhatt’s film Jee Le Zaraa
In 2021, the creators unveiled the movie “Jee Le Zaraa” along with its logo, promising a female-centric road trip film focusing on the camaraderie among its leading ladies. Priyanka, in her official Instagram announcement, shared the origin story of the film idea. Recalling a rainy night in Mumbai in November 2019, she expressed her desire to explore a unique and unexplored concept in Hindi cinema. This idea eventually shaped into an all-female cast film, addressing the gap in Bollywood for female-led ensemble movies. Priyanka reached out to her friends, Alia and Katrina, to bring this vision to life. Priyanka said, “This led to an impulsive phone call… to my 2 real friends about this idea that involved 3 on-screen girlfriends. A celebration of friendship we called it!!”
