According to Kubbra Sait, who spoke with Bollywood Hungama, the intimate sequence was intended to be the final scene of Day 1 and was shot on the first day. She remembered that it required seven takes for them to finish the sequence. Kubbra claimed that Nawazuddin and Anurag Kashyap helped to hold her up as she collapsed to the ground and cried violently.
“By the eighth take, I couldn’t remember how long we had been shooting. I finally collapsed on the ground and was unable to get back up. I was worn out. I started crying hysterically. I was scooped up and tightly hugged by Nawaz and AK while I sobbed. I faintly heard a cut,” Kubbra stated.
Kubbra Sait described Nawazuddin as a wonderful co-actor and a beautiful human being while talking about working with him. She claimed that because of his acute shyness, she would make an effort to make the situation as pleasant as possible. “Also, so shy, and we shared all of those absurd scenes. He is the most reserved person on the planet. Scene karwana padta tha unko pakad pakad ke. I used to go up and give him a cheek kiss while saying, ‘Chal na sex scene karte hai.’ It’s my responsibility to create that environment,” she declared.
