2nd June 2023, Mumbai: Nawazuddin Siddiqui’s latest film, Jogira Sara Ra Ra, has been struggling to make a mark at the box office. Despite high hopes, the movie has failed to impress the audience and is struggling to generate significant revenue. With no signs of growth since its release, Jogira Sara Ra Ra has finally managed to cross the meager Rs 2 crore-mark after seven days in theatres
Audience response on the film: Hit ya Flop.
The lackluster performance of Jogira Sara Ra Ra is evident, with very few people showing interest in watching the film. Nawazuddin Siddiqui, known for his powerful performances, has failed to strike a chord with the audience this time around. Unfortunately, the film has turned out to be a box office dud. Released on May 26, Jogira Sara Ra Ra received mixed reviews from critics. However, the film’s performance at the box office has been disappointing from day one, with only Rs 50 lakh in earnings. On the seventh day of its release, June 1, the film managed to collect a mere Rs 2 lakh, bringing the total collection to Rs 2.15 crore. If this downward trend continues, it is highly likely that the film will be removed from theaters soon.
Directed by Kushan Nandy, Jogira Sara Ra Ra – Nawazuddin Siddiqui and Neha Sharma in lead roles. Produced by Naeem A Siddiqui of Touchwood Multimedia Creations, with Kiran Shyam Shroff as the creative producer, the film is a family comedy that also stars Sanjay Mishra and Mahaakshay Chakraborty. While Jogira Sara Ra Ra may not have achieved the desired success at the box office, it is essential to recognize that the reception of a film is subjective. Box office performance does not diminish the effort and talent put into its making. Every film is an opportunity to explore different narratives and entertain audiences. Jogira Sara Ra Ra’s struggle highlights the unpredictability of the film industry and the challenges that filmmakers face.
