The show starts with “Delhi Police Raising Day,” we see the cry for help to put an end to the bombings taking place throughout the nation’s capital by SP Kabir Malik IPS (Sidharth Malhotra) and his supervisor, Joint CP Vikram Bakshi IPS (Vivek Oberoi). Adhering to the same path as the 26/11 films and series, Shetty makes sure to keep the story unaltered and support one of the most routine shows in OTT history.
The tale, which is written by Rohit Shetty and his writing team (Sandeep Saket, Anusha Nandakumar, Ayush Trivedi, Vidhi Ghodgaonkar, and Sanchit Bedre), is really a parody of what we have seen countless times. The sets are blatantly ‘fake,’ with everything perfectly polished and free of flaws. The poor writing makes the suspense built around a bomb subplot seem empty. A child is holding a bomb because he believes it will explode if he keeps it anywhere. After taking the bomb from him, a senior cop enters and continues the process until the device is defused. Why? Rohit Shetty ought to have studied the bodyguard’s bomb defusing moment, which is among the best scenes that properly captures the anxiety of handling a live explosive.
Mayyank Tandon’s attractive and exhilarating performance
Mayyank Tandon who portrays a villain in the show as Zarar, gives a captivating performance and surely steals the show. His acting and demeanor in the show is mesmerizing and grasps you completely. There are some characters that are ambivalent and some which are purely heroic, yet there are some that are a total antagonist, yet they are more captivating and attractive then the hero itself. He is one of the villians who is going to be loved more than the hero.
Mayyank plays the terrorist ‘Zarar’ in the series. Zarar, an Indian Mujahideen (IM) terrorist, carried out the series of explosions. He and his wife Nafeesa live under a false identity as Haider. After stopping a portion of the six serial explosions, Vikram and Kabir are ordered to work with Tara Shetty, Vikram’s classmate and the Gujarat ATS Chief.
Mayyank Tandon’s performance is being loved and praised by many people.

Indian Police Force is Rohit Shetty’s tribute to the soul of the armed forces that protect our country and put the good of the country before their own interests.
