Known as one of the biggest fitness icons in the country, Katrina Kaif has impressed many with her rigorous workout routines. Her friends, Alia Bhatt and Parineeti Chopra, have attested to her ability to push them to work harder during their training sessions together for the ‘Dream Tour.’ Now, Siddharth Malhotra, Katrina’s co-star from the film ‘Baar Baar Dekho,’ revealed an interesting detail about her fitness routine during the shoot of the chartbuster song ‘Kaala Chashma’ – Katrina was chewing on ice cubes between takes.

Vicky Kaushal, Katrina’s husband, even mentioned in the Koffee With Karan episode that she excels at cooking eggs. Katrina enjoys poached eggs, eggs Benedict, and hollandaise sauce. While she includes carbs in her diet, sweet potatoes are her preferred choice. For lunch, her favorite fish is salmon, which she pairs with a small serving of sweet potato mash and green vegetables. On days when she doesn’t have salmon, she opts for chicken as a protein source.
