The ‘ardas’ or holy prayer was said after the reciting of the Sukhmani Sahib from the Guru Granth Sahib, which kicked off the ritual at 5 PM. Raghav wore a minimalist achkan created by fashion designer Pawan Sachdeva, while Parineeti wore an outfit by Manish Malhotra. Both Raghav and Parineeti wore attire that complemented their pastel-colored engagement party theme.
At 8 PM, following the conclusion of the Sukhmani Sahib route, the pair exchanged rings. A sumptuous meal featuring numerous Indian foods and vegan choices was served after that.
Speaking of the location, whenever they are in the city, the Governor and Chief Minister of Punjab now make Kapurthala House their official residence. The Maharaja of Kapurthala, Paramjit Singh, last resided there before selling it to Radheshyam Makhanlal Seksaria in 1950. The Indian government then requisitioned the property.
Although they haven’t made an official announcement, their wedding is anticipated to take place before the year is over. The love story between Parineeti and Raghav, which all of her fans are eager to learn about, is not well known.
