When Pakistani actor Fawad Khan made his Bollywood debut with the film Khoobsurat, he immediately became popular in India. Later, he made appearances in movies like Ae Dil Hai Mushkil and Kapoor & Sons. However, Pakistani performers were afterwards prohibited from appearing in Bollywood due to political turmoil between the two nations. In Bollywood, Fawad Khan’s career was cut short. The actor misses Bollywood, then. He mentioned this in a recent interview.
In an interview with Variety.com, Fawad Khan discussed his thoughts on Bollywood. He said he had a nice time working in Bollywood and had met some great people. The relationship he enjoys with his buddies in Bollywood has not been impacted by the current situation. He added that he dislikes conflict and that the real question is who wants to collaborate with him. Because eventually the individual working with him would pay the repercussions. The portal cited him as stating, “I’ll do my task and go away, but those who are who are who wish to partner with me will have to suffer.” Similarly, Fawad too thinks that he will suffer the consequences while in Pakistan.
The Legend Of Maula Jatt, a project by Fawad Khan, has broken a record. The movie, in which Mahira Khan also has a role, is reputedly the highest-grossing Pakistani movie ever, with an estimated opening weekend take of Rs 50 crore (Pakistani rupees). More than 500 theatres in 25 countries hosted the movie’s premiere. It is the first Pakistani movie to ever have more than 400 theatres. In nations like the UAE, Canada, and other nations, it is believed to have performed extremely well.
