14th May 2023, Mumbai: The Kerala Story has generated a total of 112 crore at the box office in just nine days since its premiere, and it keeps getting better every day.
In just nine days since its premiere, The Kerala Story has handily surpassed the 100 crore mark. Due to its depiction of Keralan women who were purportedly forced to convert to Islam and join ISIS, the movie has generated considerable discussion across the nation. Even though several lawmakers have called for the movie to be banned, it has continued to see growth at the box office and generated an incredible 19.50 crore on its second Saturday. This brings the overall revenue to about 113 crore.
On Sunday, it’s anticipated to post a comparable or higher figure.

The Kerala Story opened in more than 200 theatres in the US and Canada on Friday, one week after it premiered in India. Director Sudipto Sen stated during his speech that the film is a mission that goes beyond the creative bounds of filmmaking. “The nation was denying the persistent problem in the state of Kerala.
