Arjun Kapoor is currently gearing up for his upcoming Thriller-drama ‘Kuttey’. This was one of the most anticipated movie as its features a stellar cast and the debute of Filmmaker Vishal Bhardwaj’s son, Aasman Bhardwaj as a director.
The Filmy Charcha recently had a conversation with the Gunday actor and he opened up about his personal as well as professional life. He also spoke about what he feels for Aasman Bhardwaj.
He was asked that, “It’s almost been 10 years now that you’re an actor. So how did you trust yourself with the process and Did you doubted Aasman if he’ll be able to mark up to the point where his father Vishal Bhardwaj stands right now?” To which he replied, “Main chahta hi nahi tha ki vo apne father jaise bane. Main chahta tha ki vo apni bhi ek chhavi bana paye; Apni bhi ek chhap chhodd paye. Beshak Aasman unn hi ki duniya se ubhar kar aaya hai par kahi na kahi apni bhi ek soch-vichar honi chahiye, Apni bhi ek soch-vichar ki dhaara rakhni chahiye. Uss hi cheez se uski apni ek personality ubhar kar aayegi.”
He went on to say, “Bhale hi vo nikle Vishal ji ki duniya se hai, par ussi duniya mein apni ek jagah bana sakte hai.” He then explained how he trusted the director of his words by saying, “Jab pehli narration suni thi na tab Covid ka first wave chal raha tha toh hume vo Zoom (online) pe rakhna pada tha. Tab Aasman aur Vishal dono the zoom call pe and narration Vishal hi ne nahi Aasman ne hi dii thi. Jab mai koi sawal bhi puch raha tha toh Aasman jawab de raha tha Vishal ji nahi. Aur jab maine bola ki ye thoda scene thoda change karde ya aisa kuch change karde toh uske jawab bhi Aasman ke paas the. Kabhi bhi aisa nahi tha ki Aasman had to look towards papa and be like ‘Papa isko kya bolna hai abhi’. So the fact that zoom call pe baithe baithe bhi he had the ability to speak to me one on one iski apni bhi ek personality hai, apna ek tareeka hoga. Toh mujhe vo bohot acha laga”
It wouldn’t be incorrect to say that ‘a good bond gives a better output’. Everyone is anticipated for the movie to come out on the big screens as the trailer has already won showers of love and praises!
