The first week of October 2022 will see the release of the first teaser for Adipurush. Fans have been impatiently awaiting a glimpse of Prabhas playing Lord Ram. Since the first teaser would ostensibly be released on October 3, 2022, the expectation has only grown.
Ayodhya, the home of Lord Ram, would host a major teaser launch for Adipurush during the Navratri celebrations, according to a report in an outlet. The three-month long marketing campaign for the impending magnum opus movie will begin with the first look and teaser. Prabhas is reportedly planning to attend a Dussehra event at the Luv Kush Ramlila in New Delhi on October 5 after the film’s release.
The leader of the Lav Kush Ramlila committee, Arjun Kumar, said ANI, “Since Prabhas is already portraying Lord Rama in the upcoming movie Adipurush, who better than him to put the evilness of Raavan on fire this Dussehra! He continued, “Like always, there will be three effigies—one of Raavan, Kumbh Karan, and Meghnaad—and Prabhas will shoot his arrow into the air to burn each one off. The effigies will be 100 feet tall. ”
The Hindu epic Ramayana is the basis for the movie. Prabhas plays Lord Ram in the T-Series Films and Retrophiles-produced movie, which also stars Kriti in the role of Janaki (Sita). Sunny Singh and Saif Ali Khan both appear as Lankesh and Lakshman, respectively.
The drama’s new premiere date is January 12, 2023, rather than its original August 11, 2022, date. Adipurush will be available in theatres in Hindi, Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, and Malayalam.
