More than laughter I try to put a smile in my day to day life. I can certainly say smiling is my favourite exercise. I try to find a reason to smile everyday. Whether a light chat with Ripci or with my dog Leo I try to play everyday these 2 are my smile partners. Laughter and a smile are very important. I feel Laughter attracts joy, releases negativity, and leads to miraculous cures. My favourite comedy film is Kishore Kumar’s Half Ticket. I can watch this film any time any day, honestly I lost count how many times I have watched this classic.

We have learnt the significance of laughter, especially under pandemic. People were so stressed, that they actually forgot to laugh. I feel a good laugh recharges your battery. I think a family that can laugh at each other and tease themselves and who are able to be jolly with each other I think is the key. So my jolly place is my family. My all-time favourite comedy film is Andaz Apna Apna – the film is today considered a cult classic for its performances, dialogues, characters and comic moments.

Yes I am a jolly person and I like to see the people around me happy. Someone rightly said that laughter is the best medicine because life will be so dull without it. You spread positive vibes around you when you laugh and that’s a good thing especially in today’s times when we all are dealing with so much. My favorite film which leaves me in splits every time I watch it is “Chennai Express”. I just love the film and I haven’t got bored of watching it yet.

Of course I am a jolly person. I like to keep the environment around me very easy breezy and I love to make people laugh. When you laugh or when you are happy, the universe smiles with you and they leave a good impact on your day. So laugh and let people laugh. My favourite comedy film is “Andaz Apna Apna”. I have lost count of the number of times I have watched the film.

Yes, I laugh a lot. Why will anyone not like laughing. It’s a good exercise. Laughter enhances intake of oxygen-rich air, and also increases the endorphins that are released by your brain. It even activates and relieves stress response. So laugh a lot. My favourite comedy film is “Welcome”. I became a big fan of Akshay Kumar’s comic timing especially after this film.
