Tvf is well known for its unique and entertaining techniques and this time “Sixer” is the manifestation of the same.
The set-up of the plot of the series is very familiar to the audience. As it is related to “cricket” which is not only a sport but an emotion for Indian fans. The drama encompasses every thrilling aspect of cricket.
Moving forward and taking a look at the casting of the series will make the audience more excited as it comprises many familiar faces. Shivank Singh is a very versatile actor and his presence makes this series a watch-worthy drama for his fans. He is playing an interesting character of ” Nikku” who is a star player and carries a self-centered attitude. Badri Chavan is also not new to the industry his witty performance has been so mesmerizing in his earlier appearance. Badri is playing Basant’s character here who is very polite and a sweet boy. Other actors are Brij Bhushan Shukla (played a middle age man Rajesh), and Karishma Singh (as Gargi the only female player).
Why you should give it a try?
Taking all the ups and downs into the consideration it seems like this drama is somehow trying hard to give something new to the audience. While taking all the thrills and emotions in its ambiance it shows how a team could achieve something with its determination and achievement here is not only a trophy but also the support of one another.
The challenging thing here is that at first, it shows a resemblance to many other series based on the sports genre. So keeping the audience adhered to the drama throughout the last episode is a hard task in itself.
Challenge for the series
So in the case of cricket fans, this is an extremely relatable series in terms of emotions and nostalgia for the old days of playing cricket. When other segments of audiences are concerned (not very fond of cricket) then it became quite unpredictable while their liking is concerned.
