The remaining dates of pop star Justin Bieber’s “Justice” world tour have been postponed after his June diagnosis of Ramsay Hunt syndrome. The musician just resumed touring following his recovery from Ramsay Hunt syndrome, which for weeks paralysed the entire right side of his face. His upcoming event in India has also been cancelled.
Justin Bieber was set to perform during his Justice World Tour in Delhi on 18th October 2022 at the Jawaharlal Nehru Stadium. The stadium is large enough to hold the capacity up to 1,00,000 audience for concerts. Amid the rescheduling of the world tour, a spokesperson from Book My Show, the promoter of the concert in India, said, “We are extremely disappointed to share that the ‘Justin Bieber Justice World Tour – India’ scheduled for October 18th, 2022 at Jawaharlal Nehru Stadium, New Delhi has been cancelled owing to the singer’s health concerns. We have just been informed that due to health concerns, he will unfortunately not be able to make it next month. Along with New Delhi in India, the artist has also cancelled other stops in the tour’s run-up to the India show including Chile, Argentina, Brazil, South Africa, Bahrain, UAE and Israel.”
We wish Justin Bieber well and hope that he heals quickly so that he can return for millions of his fans in India soon, even though we are terribly disappointed that we will not be able to welcome him to India this year due to his health problems. We have no influence over the cancellation of the “Justin Bieber Justice World Tour – India,” but we do have control over how you interact with BookMyShow as a customer and the level of openness you want in the settlement of this matter. To that aim, BookMyShow has already started reimbursing all customers who had bought tickets for the concert in whole and in full. The full refund will appear within 10 working days.
The celebrity’s tour began in March after delays caused by Covid, but in June he was given the diagnosis of Ramsay Hunt syndrome. The tour’s 11 UK dates in 2023 began on February 8 in Glasgow and continued with performances in Aberdeen, Birmingham, Manchester, and Sheffield. The Grammy-winning singer had to cancel the U.S. portion of the tour due to sickness.
