15th March, Mumbai: It is a double celebration for &TV’s cult-comedy show Bhabiji Ghar Par Hai – a journey of laughter and joy as the show completes 8 years and 2000 episodes. On the show’s success, producer Sanjay Kohli from Edit II Productions said, “It is a proud moment for all of us as we complete eight successful years and 2000+ episodes. The journey has been quite fulfilling and rewarding. The show has won millions of hearts and enjoys the status of a cult-comedy show on television. For a show that brings happiness and smiles to everyone’s lives with amazing comedy content, every day is a celebration. But moments like these are extremely special as they reaffirm our belief in doing the right thing while entertaining our audience like no other. It has been quite a journey of fun and laughter. I feel proud and credit the entire cast and crew of Edit II and &TV—my heartiest congratulations to everyone for their hard work and success. And most importantly, our audience for their relentless love, support and appreciation.” Aasif Sheikh essaying Vibhuti Narayan Mishra, said, “2000 episodes and eight long years is a big milestone for all of us. We are extremely proud and happy to see this amazing journey filled with learning, laughter and joy. I am glad to be a part of this wonderful team and grateful to the producers and channel for allowing me to be a part of this show and entertain the audience as Vibhuti Narayan Mishra. Each funny character I played these eight years has been greatly appreciated by the audience and struck a chord with them. Each of them stands out, and the audience has its favourites. It was not easy to play so many different characters, but I feel great achievement when I look back today. We have done so much and still have much to do. Kudos to the team for this milestone. The audience gave us immense love and recognition. I am lucky to play 30-year-old Vibhuti in my 50s and be a part of such a stellar cast.” Shubhangi Atre, essaying Angoori Bhabi, says, “It is a special moment for all of us. The show has given me recognition, love, fame, and memories to cherish forever. I feel extremely blessed and equally proud to be a part of the Bhabiji team. It is the team’s sheer dedication to work that has reaped results. Kudos to our producers, the entire cast and crew, and loyal fans and audience. I am grateful to the channel and our producers, Sanjay Kohi and Binaiffer Kohli, for believing in me and giving me this opportunity. Lastly, I congratulate my lovely audience and fans for their constant love and support in making this show a huge success.”
Rohitashv Gour essaying Manmohan Tiwari, shares, “My heartiest congratulations to everyone on the team on completing 2000 episodes and reaching the milestone of eight years. It was a big moment for all of us, and we had a cake cutting to celebrate it. My love for the show is immense, and it has played a huge part in shaping my career and providing me with a fantastic audience. I had a ton of fun while playing Manmohan Tiwari, and I am glad the viewers enjoyed watching me on screen as much. I congratulate our producers, entire cast, and crew for this success. And our audience for their constant love and support.” Vidisha Srivastava, essaying Anita Bhabi, says, “I love spreading smiles, and the show helps me do just that. For me, it’s a triple celebration. I joined Bhabiji Ghar Par Hai last year, but it feels like ages since I joined the show. I love playing the strong and independent Anita Bhabi, and it feels like a personal achievement to have reached the 2000-episode landmark and finished eight years. Congratulations to everyone on this milestone. Thank you to all the viewers for their immense love and appreciation. And keep loving and watching Bhabi Ji Ghar Par Hai.”
