29th April,2024, Mumbai: Work doesn’t feel like work when you are doing what you love most. Additionally, Tanish Mahendru, who plays Sufiyan Siddique, also known as Sufi, in Prateek Sharma’s Rabb Se Hai Dua for Studio LSD, wholeheartedly concurred. He actually doesn’t mind that there are no holidays because he is so content to be on the set every day.
Tanish Mahendru says he doesn’t like night shoots!
“You should work where you never want to take a holiday, in my honest opinion. Since I don’t like to take holidays, I’m glad that I don’t receive any. I want to spend the most of my time in a pleasant environment, which is my set,” he stated. Working night shifts is another need of being an actor, and while Tanish acknowledges that he dislikes them, he can tolerate them occasionally.
“Night shoots aren’t my thing, but sometimes they’re enjoyable. Days are made for work, while nights are for unwinding and spending time with your loved ones. However, my existence requires it. Thus, I’m fine working nights as well. It doesn’t really matter what time you work as long as the team is positive and well-run,” he stated.
Tanish reveals his secret to manage the heat in the summer
Yes, pursuing your passions can be quite enjoyable, but they can also be very taxing, particularly at the height of summer heat. Tanish revealed that in order to combat the heat, he drinks plenty of water. “To stay hydrated, I have one litre of coconut water every day. Yes, it’s difficult in this sweltering heat, but once more, if you enjoy your work, it doesn’t really matter,” he said.
