Elvish Yadav found himself in Trouble Again
It seems like controversy continues to follow Bigg Boss OTT 2 winner and popular YouTuber Elvish Yadav. Whenever one case against him seems to be wrapping up, another one pops up. The latest buzz is that ED is gearing up to take action against Elvish Yadav on a Money Laundering. They are planning to question him soon, and even his fleet of luxury cars might come under scrutiny.
ED to question Elvish Yadav
ED is set to question Elvish Yadav and several others regarding the snake poisoning case in Noida. Elvish Yadav may be summoned to ED’s Lucknow zonal office for further investigation. The Lucknow unit of ED has initiated a probe under PMLA into the matter. Summons are being prepared to inquire about the funds obtained from the sale of snake venom. As of now, Elvish Yadav has not made any statements regarding the new case.
The report states that, in addition to Elvish Yadav, ED will be questioning other individuals connected to the snake poison incident. It should be noted that back in November of last year, an FIR was filed against 6 individuals, including Elvish Yadav, for distributing snake venom. Subsequently, Elvish Yadav and the others were apprehended on March 17, 2024. Following this, he was remanded to judicial custody for a period of 14 days. Currently, Elvish Yadav is out on bail.
What Had Happened Really?
Gaurav Gupta had reported to the police that Elvish and his gang were shooting videos with snake venom and live snakes in the farm houses of Noida and NCR, and organising illegal rave parties. The police reached out to Elvish through an informant, who provided them with Rahul’s contact number. When Rahul was contacted, pretending to be Elvish, he agreed to attend a party. He was instructed to meet at Sevron Banquet Hall in Sector 51 on November 2, along with his colleagues. Once Rahul and his gang arrived, they were shown the snakes, and subsequently, the Noida Police and Forest Department officials apprehended them. Elvish initially denied the allegations against him, but after the police investigation confirmed his involvement, he was also arrested on March 17 by the Noida Police. However, he was granted bail after a few days.

Elvish Yadav titled his video as ‘I left YouTube. My last vlog’ but clarified that he is not quitting vlogging, just taking a short break from uploading videos. In the video, he mentioned that he won’t be able to post any content for the next 2-3 days due to a significant reason. In the video, Elvish said, “I will have to leave YouTube for a few days because there are some health related problems. For a long time, maybe 2-3 days. Who knows, I might have to leave that too.
