Popular actress Rani Mukerji consistently astounds the audience with her talented performances. She most recently costarred with Siddhant Chaturvedi, Sharvari Wagh, and Saif Ali Khan in Bunty Aur Babli 2. Her next appearance will be in Mrs. Chatterjee vs. Norway. This year’s birthday coincided with the movie’s announcement. Earlier today, the first image of Rani and the film’s release date were made public.

The story is based on a true story, the production company’s official Twitter handle revealed alongside the image. The film was directed by Ashima Chibber and tells the tale of an Indian immigrant mother’s fight for custody of her children against the local legal system and the Norwegian foster care system. On 3rd March 2023, the film will be screened in cinemas. The caption stated: “#RaniMukerji’s #MrsChatterjeeVsNorway to release in cinemas on 3rd March, 2023. Motivated by the true account of a mother whose bravery and determination to win back her children shook the entire country.”
Rani previously discussed the movie in a statement and expressed her love for it. “These are stories that need to be told,” she said, “I’m hoping that the story of this film will resonate with every Indian the way it did for me and my team. It is a remarkable tale of human tenacity that will captivate audiences of all ages and from all corners of the nation. I want to make films about love and hope.”
