Tiwari, is one of the most anticipated films of 2026. With every asset, from its teaser to its trailer, the excitement around the film has been continuously soaring. Apart from the scale, star power, and visual grandeur, what truly sets this project apart is its heart. From the very beginning, the team has approached the material not just as a project, but as a sacred responsibility. In an industry where promotional rollouts are often driven purely by marketing schedules, Ramayana has chosen a path rooted in Indian culture, tradition, and spiritual significance.
Adding even more fuel to this momentum, the response at the domestic box office is turning out to be nothing short of historic. Highlighting the demand among moviegoers, Kamal Gianchandani, Chief Business Planning and Strategy at PVR INOX Limited, shared his excitement over the film's pre-sales, tweeting:
"With Rs. 25 crore+ in advance ticket sales and two more days to go, Namit Malhotra’s Ramayana has shattered the long-believed pre-Diwali jinx at the Indian box office!
It is now on course to record the BIGGEST pre-Diwali advance bookings in PVRINOX’s 30+ year long history!

This massive milestone from India’s leading multiplex chain clearly shows that the audience is ready to turn up in record numbers to witness this epic on the big screen. The surge in advance bookings shows the emotional and cultural connection millions share with this timeless saga, promising an absolute spectacle when the film opens in cinemas.
Directed by Nitesh Tiwari and produced by Namit Malhotra’s Prime Focus Studios in association with 8-time Oscar-winning DNEG and Yash’s Monster Mind Creations, the two-part epic will release worldwide in IMAX, with Part 1 arriving on November 5 for Diwali 2026 and Part 2 in Diwali 2027.
