Three films were released on Friday at the box office at the same time, which was seen by moviegoers. Ishaan Khatter and Siddhant Chaturvedi also have significant roles in Katrina Kaif’s follow-up to Sooryavanshi, the horror comedy Phone Bhoot. Mili, which also has Sunny Kaushal, Manoj Pahwa, and Janhvi Kapoor in pivotal roles, clashed with it on the day of its premiere.
The Sonakshi Sinha and Huma Qureshi-led Double XL tussled with both movies. Only Phone Bhoot appears to have received average attendance out of the three movies, while Mili and Double XL are hardly seen at all.
According to recent box office data, Katrina Kaif’s film is currently in the lead. Phone Bhoot reportedly made between 2.5 and 3.50 crore on its second day of release, according to media reports. But just 40–50 lacs were raised for Milli, while 20–30 lacs were raised for Double XL. According to the most recent figures, their total collections currently stand at 4.55–4.55 crore, with 1–1.10 crore and 30-45 lacs following, respectively.
Phone Bhoot, Mili, and Double XL debuted to 2,05 crore, 40–50 lakhs, and 10-15 lakhs, respectively, on their opening day. Only the Katrina Kaif, Ishaan Khatter, and Siddhant Chaturvedi-starring movie has been doing quite well at the box office; the other two movies are making a lot of effort to succeed.
Box office figures are based on projections and data from a variety of sources. The Filmy Charcha has not independently confirmed the numbers.
