Kisi Ka Bhai Kisi Ki Jaan, which stars Salman Khan, Venkatesh, and Pooja Hegde in addition to a sizable ensemble cast, has not performed well at the box office. The Farhad Samji-directed film further declined to under 5 crore on Wednesday after slowing down on Tuesday. It is gradually approaching the 100 crore threshold.
Jagapathi Babu, Jassi Gill, Raghav Juyal, Siddharth Nigam, Shehnaaz Gill, Vijender Singh, and Palak Tiwari are a few of the supporting performers in Kisi Ki Jaan’s ensemble cast. BhumikaChawla, Salman’s Tere Naam co-star, plays a crucial part in the movie, while Bhagyashree, Salman’s Maine Pyar Kiya co-star, also makes a brief appearance. The movie also has cameos from Ram Charan and Abdu Rozik.
The movie’s expected box office receipts decreased by another 30%, to anywhere between $4 and $4.50 crore, according to a Boxofficeindia.com report. It is currently somewhere between 89 crore.
Naiyo Lagda, Billi Billi, Jee Rahe The Hum (Falling in Love), Bathukamma, Yentamma, O Balle Balle, and Lets Dance ChotuMotu are just a few of the songs included in Kis Ka Bhai Kisi Ki Jaan. While Yentamma also features Telugu lyrics, Bathukamma is totally a Telugu song.
Mixed to unfavourable reviews of the movie were given. The film is extremely long and stretched out at 144 minutes, according to an excerpt from the Hindustan Times review of KisKa Bhai Kisi Ki Jaan. The story, what little there is, would still be the same even if you removed all the songs, and it would make for a sharper viewing experience. A better decision would have been to release the songs alone as an album rather than as a part of the movie because they are so abrupt and loud (but upbeat). However, it appears that the filmmakers were more interested in showcasing everyone’s dance routines and didn’t mind including as many as seven tunes in the movie.
Tiger 3, which is being helmed by Maneesh Sharma, will feature Salman reprising his role. This Diwali, the movie, which also stars Emraan Hashmi and Katrina Kaif, will be released in Hindi, Tamil, and Telugu.
