1. Hrithik Roshan & suzanne khan
The first in our list is Hrithik Roshan,his love story started in a very Filmy way; he saw Suzanne in a traffic jam and fell for her at first sight . After dating for some time they got married in the year 2000 . Suzanne is an interior designer by profession and they have two sons named Hrehaan Roshan and Hridhaan Roshan. But after 17 years they got separated but the reason is still unknown to the world. In between these Suzanne demands ₹400 crore from Hrithik for the purpose of alimony. And the court has given custody of the sons to both the parents. After the divorce some rumors emerged which said that the reason behind divorce is infidelity,so to this Hrithik replied very patiently “I feel like laughing at people. When people get divorced, it is not always because of infidelity by the man. That is just such a small-minded assumption.so the general assumption was, ‘Ah he is the superstar, he must have done something wrong. She must have caught him.’ That is not the case.The reason that we decided to live separately may have been an inspiring reason, how do you know?”
Suzanne also said in an interview ”We had reached a stage in our lives where I decided that it’s better we weren’t together. It was important to be aware and not be in a false relationship.”
And now the latest rumors say that currently Hrithik Roshan is dating Saba azad as they have been spotted together in many places.
2. Malaika Arora & Arbaaz Khan
Malaika Arora and Arbaaz Khan tied the knot in 1998. Everything was going well between them but after 18 years of their married life in 2016 they got separated from each other. In her show “Moving in with Malaika” she revealed in the evening about her past relationship .
She said that she wanted to get out of her house, that’s why she married Arbaaz, and she was the one who took the first step to propose for the marriage and Arbaaz agreed to it. After that she told me why they got separated. “I was very young. I also changed. I wanted different things in life. And I think actually today we are better people.” She mentioned that until the release of Dabangg things were fine between them, but after that they became very irritable people and started to drift apart.
She also said that no matter what Arbaaz Khan is a wonderful person and he was always there for her, even after the surgery he was the first one whom Malaika saw,in her own words ” when I was wheeled out one of the first faces that I saw was actually Arbaaz, at that moment. And he kept asking me, ‘Can you see? How many numbers? How many fingers?’ And I was like ‘why is he doing this?’ It was very strange. For a second, I was like okay ‘have I gone back in time?’ Something that really sticks out is in difficult times, you know that irrespective whatever it may be, past, present, future, jo bhi ho (whatever happened), the way he was there.”
Now Malaika is currently dating Arjun Kapoor, whereas Arbaaz has found his love in Giorgia Andriani. But they are a co parent of her son Arhaan Khan.
3. Saif Ali Khan and Amrita Singh
There was a time when this Jodi was the most appreciated and discussed jodi of the Bollywood industry. Saif and Amrita Singh got married in the year 1991 without the permission of their parents . This relationship was a very unique one because of two reasons, the first is that at that time Aamir Khan had not even done the debut in the movies whereas Amrita Singh was the big name in Bollywood .
And the second reason was the age gap between the two,Saif Ali Khan was 12 years younger than Amrita Singh and according to the assumptions this was one of the main reasons why this beautiful and unique jodi got divorced after 13 years of relationship in the year 2004. Saif and Amrita had two kids with this marriage one is Sara Ali Khan and the other one is Ibrahim Ali Khan.
After this duo got divorced,Saif, when asked in an interview what qualities he wants in his partner,replied that the life partner should be beautiful, cheerful,non judgemental and also smaller in age . And all these qualities can easily be seen in Kareena Kapoor with whom Saif married in the year 2012.
4. Divyanka Tripathi and sharad Malhotra
Divyanka Tripathi and sharad Malhotra met at the set of the serial “Banoo main teri dulhann” and apparently fell in love. They dated for seven years and it was a very open relationship, everyone knew about it. But after 07 years of relationship they got separated, divyanka revealed her feelings at the show Juzz baat where she told “I
I tried everything. Do you know the extent to which I went? I went to the level of superstition. I started meeting strange people and I would ask them, ‘Has someone done something on him? How can this happen after eight years?’ There came a point when I questioned that if you had to do so much just to gain someone’s love, was it even love? It is better to stay alone.”
To this later in an interview to Bombay Times, sharad said “There’s not much I can say except that it was a beautiful relationship. But when the word ‘marriage’ popped up, I developed cold feet.”
He further added It was a long time ago and I was quite immature. One gradually matures with time and experience. Yes, I have made mistakes. As human beings, we all make mistakes. I realize that now but unfortunately, it’s five years down the line. I should have realized it then, but no hard feelings. We have both moved on. She looks very happy and I wish her the very best.I have been with someone for two years or seven years, clearly I am not commitment-phobic. I am with the person, I love the person and it’s all hunky-dory. In all my relationships, I have had some great moments, it’s been fantastic.
The actor continued, “We have also fought like cats and dogs, but the kind of family I come from, I know where to draw the line. In a relationship, you have your good times and then you experience the bump and you don’t know how to react. The topic of marriage comes up and you start stepping back and your partner wonders why. I don’t blame them; they are right in feeling that way. Like I have said in the past, the fault is probably mine. I always fall short of taking that final step and that’s something I need to rectify. I have to really work on that.
Lastly, Ssharad Malhotra said that people thought he was wrong after breaking up with Divyanka Tripathi, “After parting ways with Divyanka, people told me that I was wrong, but I think it is my life. Nobody has the right to judge me because you have not gone through that situation.”
5. Shraddha Arya
Shraddha Arya got engaged to an NRI in the year 2015 and fans were desperately waiting for her marriage but some rumors emerged in between which said the actress had broken the engagement,at that time she gave an interview to Times of India in which she said “Though I am not in touch with him, I haven’t called off the engagement. I don’t intend to be impulsive and make a hasty decision. I will wait to see if things work out between us. Our equation is not too smooth at the moment and even my parents want me to marry someone who will be a positive influence on my journey. I am not thinking about marriage currently.” After this in the show Juzz baat she opened up to the host Rajeev Khandelwal and said “I had got engaged to a guy through an arranged marriage set up but it didn’t seem to materialize. As time went by, our relationship hit a rough patch and it led to a lot of problems which took a toll on us. Though we gave our 100 percent to the relationship, we eventually decided to part ways. From my personal experience I have learned one thing, if you realize that your relationship has reached a dead end, you must speak up.”
