Being choosy can create Barriers : Samridhi Dutta

On an exclusive live interview with our journalist Samridhi spoke about a lot many things including the new web series Date Gone Wrong 2 released on 7th July on Eros now and much more.

When asked about Date Gone Wrong 2 shoot she said, “It is slightly difficult to shoot at home because you do everything yourself without knowing it is good & bad or right & wrong unless the shot part is seen by someone else but Date Gone Wrong 2 is something to which every one can relate across all age groups specially the working people who lost their jobs amidst lockdown. But it is fun, it is different and everyone would love the fun”

When asked about a few roles she would love to work she said, “I would love to perform everything exciting comes my way because I believe I have a huge potential to experiment with my self and I also love challenging myself with different learning experiences. Also I don’t want to be choosy because it somehow creates a barrier for ourself and doesn’t let anyone bring out the best in itself.”

When asked about what kind of roles she thinks she would have been a part or what she would love to do she answered “I would have loved doing Alia Bhatt’s role in Gully Boy or Highway. Also I would love playing a strong characters of woman. Films like The Iron Lady or A Little Chaos, such film content made anywhere in the world and especially in India, I would love to work.

She also concluded that we actors are known as celebrities because we celebrate the glory of every emotion we come across be it joy, sorrow or even miseries in respect to the art form.
