Azhar Khan debue film Season’s Greetings is officially selected at the IFFSA Toronto International Film Festival 2020.

This is with regards to seeking an interview opportunity with the Bollywood Actor Azhar Khan, who recently made his debut opposite Celina Jaitley as the male lead in Ram Kamal Mukherjee’s Season’s Greetings (A Tribute to Rituparno Ghosh). The film is about Article 377 and also deals with the LGBTQIA+ community.
The film opened at the prestigious Cardiff International Film Festival last year and travelled across globe garnering standing ovations and accolades from media and jury members. It became the only Indian film to receive an Award of Excellence at the 9th Best Short Film Festival in California (USA).

Recently, Season’s Greetings is officially selected at the IFFSA Toronto International Film Festival 2020. This year the Festival will be virtual keeping the security and safety of the delegates and jury members. Almost 250 films in 16 different languages will be screened at the Festival.

Azhar (who plays Usmaan in the film) received a standing ovation for his phenomenal performance at the premiere of Season’s Greetings. The film has been critically acclaimed at various national and International Film Festivals including the prestigious Cardiff International Film Festival and Rajasthan International Film Festival early this year. Season’s Greetings film travelled across the globe at various festivals and seminars. The film is critically acclaimed with particular praise for Azhar Khan’s performance and is streaming on Zee5 OTT platform.

Azhar is from Jhansi, Uttar Pradesh. He is amongst the best when it comes to physique. Hailing from a Business family, his urge to make it big in the field of modelling and acting compelled him to be a part of the industry.
